Wrote this with a friend in mind, who is going through a very hard time.

I know, I know
You've been drug down this road
And your heart has splintered
Your faith falling short
Of where it used to be

But here by your side
I plan to guide you
Through this life
Pull you close
And save you in my arms

Because i have never been
The kind of guy
To turn a back on a friend
Never been the kind
To let my own love die

So raise your head to me
And let your eyes meet mine
Tonight my dear
I wanna show you
That it all gets better in time

Cast away all your fears
Your doubts
They cannot control you now
In a world once cold and dark
I now warm and light your heart

No the journey will not be easy
But I will remain by your side
With some faith and love
That is where it all gets better in time

If loyalty is what you need
My heart will always beat by your side
If its protection you crave
I'm in the battle by your side

For anytime you need me
Know that I am always here
My heart is yours forever
Loyal and sincere
Baby, It all gets better in time
