Dedicated To Cynthia

Then I turn my neck
when I want to check.
When I'm energized
I like to exercise.
I wave my arms
with a lot of charm.
Then I bend my waste
to set the pace.
Then I like to stand
and wave each hand.
I lift my thighs
each very high.
I shake each knee
and feel loose and free.
I walk with my legs
all stiff like pegs.
Then I dance with my feet
and then take a seat!
