The world has finally something in common. It is amazing to see how all everywhere are grieving Michael Jackson's death. I think grieving can be a form of Art Therapy, too. My prayers are with his family and kids.

There are many definitions of sadness.
It can cripple us if we don't turn it into creative expession. I try to keep it simple before my own tears drown me.

The Winds of Our Grief

Blow us into a world of fog

No ceiling, no doors, no windows

Looking around

we see failure

we see loss

we see dead ends

and

we are sadly deaf, blind & still

The Winds of Our Grief

Blow us into a fog where

We cannot smile even if we try

We can’t remember why

A torrent of shame blows

a hole in our chest

suspending us and our grief

Unaided til our angels fly

us away!

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU...THOUGH IT CAN BE DIFFICULT...WE HAVE GOT TO PRAY FOR THE STRENGTH OF CLIMB UP OUT OF THAT PIT OF DEPRESSION AND GO ON. WELL WRITTEN. YOUR MESSAGE, USING THE IMAGERY OF YOUR PHRASES, SPEAKS VOLUMES. THANKS FOR SHARING AND GOD BLESS. JOYCE
