I am so sorry I didn't see this before, but I have been getting myself re-settled here in Michigan.
This is a very beautiful, patriotic, colorful poem of what our country is. Everything you said here is the essence of America, at the cost of so many lives through so many wars.
But let's not just wave Old Glory on one day a year. Let us fly her proud every day, and yell to our neighbors that we are proud to be Americans.
For those that have fought, and are fighting for democracy and freedom around the world, I say thank you very much for the life I can lead.
Thank you sis for this wonderfully written, image rich poem, that let's the world know how we feel about America. and to echo Lee Greenwood's song...I will gladly stand up next to you, and defend her still today. America the beautiful is my home, and I am proud of her heritage.
May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your little sister,Barbie |

| Flags are still waving in our town along the streets at people's houses. Summertime they love to profess their patriotism. Celebrating holidays like the 4th brings out more patriotism in everyone. Every day should be for freedoms and letting freedom ring out to us, because the soldiers surely are fighting a tremously horrible war for us to have freedom. |
