I like the simile you use to show those moments of withdrawal. This kind of seclusion is something I seek regularly. Great write:)

These lines make the entire poem in my humble opinion. Hi sis, and I am so sorry that I haven't been aroud lately. This is a wonderful poem of self fulfillment, and growing through written words. You say you don't know where the words come from and that this is one of those poems. Well sis I don't always know where my words come from either. A word or two comes into my head and less than 5 minutes later a poem is born. When we can write poems like Emergence, and compare that Emgergence to a single rose, then your muse has done her job, and inspired you to write this beautiful poem of becoming one with yourself. Thank you sis, this is a beautiful poem, and written with the right choice of words that makes us think about our own Emergence.
May the Lord bless you, and those whom you love and who love you, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, joy to the world, peace on earth, & (((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your little sister, Barbie

I blossom into the sunlight

|There is such truth in this write Sherry for no matter how much we may love another, it is always nice to find ourselves and be free of all physical and emotional bonds to be the real person we want to be.
