Dealing with change
can be very difficult
It can mean a loss of
someone we hold dear
Or a job that we thought was secure
One thing is sure
There will always be constant change
If you are like me
it can be painful and overwhelming
Maybe you can offer how
you deal with change
I hold on tight to my faith
That is eternal and will
be with me even after death
Jesus doesn't come and go
He is always here
I try and appreciate the beauty
of nature and the goodness
of people I am with
I don't know how long that
person will be in my life
I tell the people I care about
I love them
I cherish the joyful times
and the celebrations
and realize life is a gift
Yes, changes are bound to happen
But I don't think they have to
stop us from having a wonderfu life
