This is my prayer today. |
|
We come to worship
as the church bell rings
Choir welcomes us
with praise as they sing
Most holy book
about to be read
with spiritual food
so all can be fed
Pastor speaks of faith
Our holy path to live
Experiencing God's love
Caring service to give
Singing hymns
Our heart rejoices
Joining in one accord
with many joyful voices
Now the last note
about to be sung
We know our worship
has just begun
We have been given
new life on this holy day
Now we are renewed
Now we know the way
So let us live in
faith and love
We have eternal light
from God above
