Vision

The watcher flies in utter solitude

Beyond the borderlines of the sky

Longing for passions unrevealed

The watcher hopes for rain and fire

And thoughts of childhood revered

He was promised the world

But ended up disaffected

Remembers spilled blood and mayhem

And he screams: Freedom

Echoes die unheard

And the watcher stares

Through the bars of despair

To the bright constellations

The stars die swiftly if unexplored

Well spoken Huda, yet it seems that we all have become watchers and have failed in our role as doer's...blessings

The world is dying; when will this apathetic attitude change? Soon, I hope...you pen quite a thought provoker, Huda; well done.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

Hi Huda,

Your friend from Canada, here (Regis, Reg). As usual for you, you have posted a compelling offering. There is much meaning to your verses and they are worthy of much more than a single reading. I have missed you. Love, peace, and blessings of all that is good,

An inspiring piece that stimulates the heart to pump justice, and the mind to think on humanity... "Vision" rings the bells of fairness.

Freedom indeed. It is rarely won by the gun.

Ghandi had it spot on.

But get this. I've dropped a bunch of Brit Evangelicals "friends" after hearing them say buddists, etc are doomed to hell...PAH only God has that right, we are all God's creation, and the time is coming where many faiths understand Gods love for his creation and creatures.

A rose will share its scent and beauty with every one.

Mankind has to learn to drop its culture programming, and see reality.

BTW, one complaint... Put you pretty pic back up..lol

The universe is Gods creation, and no religon has a monopoly on God...

Missed yer xxx
