And the moon gave slight light to the darkness

Where everything seemed soft

Yet nothing was clearly seen

The was stillness

Like almost sleeping

But not everything asleep

There is something past the darkness

Just out of reach yet close

Something past the darkness

And the moon gave slight light

I love this! There is something...that eternal force in nature that seems so much closer when looking at the moon and stars at night. I feel somehow closer to heaven then...

There is always light just past the darkness if we can endure. Beautiful and meaningful write.

Darkness in our souls does not stay long if we get positive and go on with life the way it is to be lived. I like the morning best but can abide the darkness if sleep comes naturally and quickly. Then the day arises and we go on with our lives as best as we can th next da. A rotation day after day and the earth is sound.
