In the life we live, a wonderous time
Full of laughter in rhythm and rhyme
The blinded eye can't turn to see
The simple things that life can be

A simple smile, that brings such joy
Leaving no room for hidden coy
Like the sun always rising, they always say
The sun brings such joy for another day

A simple look, that paralize the mind
Looks that make the 2 hearts bind
The passion of beauty that allurs us all
Is natures way of making the call

A simple wave, that rises all hope
Making the impossible to live though cope
And moonlight skies in the dead of night
Keep the world we live in so bright

A simple sign, that shows the way
The path that leads me far away
A fear I never will see be free
Until the passing of time I see

A simple heart, that beats so strong
It keeps us warm, it can't beat wrong
The sounds of fury and passion within
Marks the roads of life I've been in

A simple rose, that blooms so sweet
The focus that makes the 2 eyes meet
Distraction from things around are none
For the rose keeps the sight focused and done

A simple kiss, that prevails over all
Leaving us open and able to fall
The touch of the heavens, thats shines out the best
Is the same little kiss, that puts us to rest
