Thereís a feeling I get, only from you
My heart gives way to emotions
I never thought I would feel.

You come, and you go
Then you reappear again
I donít know how much my body is willing to bear
But I know my heart will never fail.

Alone in my silence, my darkness,
Senses come alive
To wash over my body.
As images of distant memories
Filter my mind, to bring me to life...

Just to stop,
Just long enough to
Resuscitate my heart.

To feel you,
To hold you,
To give in,
Again and again.

Would I?
Dare I trust my own judgment.

I would.

Or will I falter?
Or forget?
All of the very reasons
Why I fell in constancy
With you...

Thereís only one you,
One unsteady heartbeat,
One unsteady breath.

I fear Iíve come alive only to feel
For a rare few minutes.
To breathe life just to hurt,
Then ache after youíre gone.

But still,
I wait.
I will wait
For you.

To return to the path that brought you
To me at the very start,
I will wait.

I can and I will,
Iíll lie
And say it doesnít hurt,
With a simple smile on my face.

Because I canít breathe,
With you...
Nor without you.

Blimey. I too have this same yearning. I long to be with my little lady all the time.

I felt this so powerfully.

I can and I will,
Iíll lie
And say it doesnít hurt,
With a simple smile on my face.

So very very true..
