~It's a very old poem that I found the other day and thought I'd put up. I see no reason in hiding them anymore, since I think I'm going to quit writing. It might make people a lot more happier.~

You always made me feel ok
And taught me to seize the day
You picked me up
When I was down
And helped me when I thought I would drown
In my own tears
The tears of hate
Sadness
Depression
And my final fate
Of becoming my own worst enemy
But you helped me out
You helped me
I thought you were the perfect friend
Someone who was a God send
But I realized it wasn't true
All the happiness turned blue
You eventually made me sad
Made me cry and made me feel bad
Hurt menot once but twice
Cut into my like a shard of ice
Your words turned cold
And so did you eyes
My laughing voice
Turned into cries
The silent hate
Burned inside of me
So deeply that I could not see
My vision blocked
My feelings broken
The fire inside of me
Didn't need stoking
It would happen
Soon, it would
Come out like it never could
My feelings released
I can breathe free
And now become a flowering tree
In a forest of a million
Flowing in a gentle breeze
Warm and toasty in a freeze
Apart all the words from a stranger
A stranger that I once knew
Oh so caring
Now so blue
But it wasn't the words and what you did that hurt
It was the fact that in the end, it wasnt worth it.

you must consider your motives for writing... if you feel they're not worth it let your words rest in peace...
