The true meaning of a mother wrapped up in one poem

As special as you are to me,

I seldom tell you so,

Perhaps because you mean so much more than words can ever show.

I love you with all my heart.

You have a heart filled with gold.

You make such a huge difference in my life.

Your love and presence in my life has molded me into the person I am today.

I feel so special,

So very blessed

Knowing that you love me

You taught me what the true meaning of love is

What family really means,

Not only my love for you, but also the importance to love others too,

As the sunrises I’ll never forget how much you love and care for me

As the sunsets never forget how much I love you for being such a great mother to me

As the moon shines bright in the sky above with the beautiful stars that surround the world above

I’ll always remember what a great mom you are to me

The love you show me is priceless,

A gift I always will cherish forever.

My love for you will always stay strong and in my heart forever

I speak from the heart straight to your soul.

I love you mom always and forever

This is so beautiful Stacey, a wonderful tribute to your mother. I wish I could have words like this for my mother, but she never knew what love is all about. In the first 10 years of my life I lived with my mother's best friend's family (see A Remembrance Of My Grandma Dolly) in Michigan's U.P. then shortly after that, my mother not only abandoned me but also disowned me adding insult to injury. But I suppose I can think of my auntie Caroline whom I thought was my mother for the first 10 years of my life. This is written very well and with tender emotions of fond memories. Thanks for sharing. May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and who love you, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your den sister, Barbie.
