Colour’s just the light refracting

From the skins own pigmentation

And never should be used as cause

For violent confrontation,

 

For light refracts in many ways

From many different places

And only God can choose the way

It refracts back from our faces

A very wise insightful poem and also a rare one for you Steve in as much as it is short compared to most of your work but even though it is short it says an awful lot ...all of what your poem says is truth.
