'The body heals with play, the mind heals with laughter, the spirit heals with joy' ~ Anonymous

Healing the body with play
Is the recipe today
Moving and all flowing
Within life’s disarray

Heal the mind with laughter
Interpret the light of day
Find the gleam of mirth
Do not suppress it come what may
The spirit heals with all the joy
In our nature’s good
The spirit heals with gleeful joy
Beauty of humanity understood

Top marks. Bit like lamenting on the Tao Te Ching.

Like this. There's nothing like a good laugh or a good cry to heal the spirit.

What a great way to put a new twist on the old saying..."laughter is the best medicine" and it is so matter how down I have been to see my grandchildren laugh and play always makes me smile and feel better.
