Is it depression to enjoy where I live,

Is it depression to look at Nature with joy,

Is it depression to love the ocean,

Is it depression to love a goddess,

If this is all depression, then I guess I am depressed…

Okay, so I live alone with my dog,

Sleep late in the day, rarely going out,

Have little money & less food,

But I have love, doesn’t that make a difference in life about…

Is it depression to sit at my window and watch the birds,

Is it depression to stare at the trees & squirrels,

Is it depression to listen to the morning bird song,

Is it depression to stroll on the beach, my feet in the water,

Then if all this is depression I am totally depressed,

Or maybe truly I am by God most assuredly blessed…

Blessed I would say.
Sometimes it may seem that ones can find it
meaningless or depressing to do the things in which you speak.
I think of it as beauty to be able to enjoy the uttermost that God has set forth for our enjoyment.

Far from depressing I would say.
Blessings and take care,

YOU are kidding, I do the same!
I have a better word! It's called "INSPIRATION" and loving what is Simple in life, and that is not linked to depression!
It's happiness for what LIFE/NATURE/OUR EARTH/OUR Ocean has in store!
Love this poem! Say it LOUD! Say it Proud!
as your dog licks your heart and hand!

As I am followed to the ocean before long....

Dear Ed,

You are, most certainly, blessed because you are living in the now and experiencing the very best that this life has to offer. Many people are not so fortunate. You expressed yourself well here in this poem.

Love & Light always and in all ways,

Hey thanks a lot for depressing me. It's hundred and seven stinkin' degrees here today and you're getting your feet wet in the cool waves. Well my feet are wet too but they're just sweating. (think gas mask) You & Rufuz are two lucky beach dogs.
