Wish I could get a nice Linus bike, but the price is exorbitant... |

By the rules,
Slow past schools,
Carry a few tools,
While riding I do meet fools…
At night,
I use a couple of lights,
I mean it’s safer & only right,
The front is quite bright,
While the back flashes,
A bright red light…
Enjoy do I to ride,
Down hills I glide,
Up hills I cry,
So many hills out there, why,
Still in all I do enjoy my bike,
Easier for me it seems than taking a hike…J

I love the feeling of the wind blowing through my hair on an evening of a hot day as I speed it up on my bike! I live right between a very extensive marsh and great lake. I love that feeling..........then coast!!!!!!!!! Feels good!
Love ya!

I was an avid bike rider once. Still wish I could do those things again I did on that ride. One of the best exercises out there and you get to see a lot of territory along the way.

I love biking! Rather tough in winter here though... got a flat
now I have to get it fixed. Up the hills and down and the straight
aways are all good. There is nothing more wonderful than the breeze
flowing through your hair or past you it is a wonderful feeling
both spiritually and physically. So satisfying!

| Forget about that expensive Linus bike and get yourself an extremely cheap Unicycle. They provide a lot more exercise than regular bikes. And walking a few miles every day ain't bad either. |

As you know, I enjoy cycling. I started to do it regularly about 14 years ago. Thus far, I've cycled over 2000 times around this mountain. It takes just under an hour to go down and back up here. It's great exercise (therapy) spiritually and physically. It takes effort; it's more than just worth it. Thank you for sharing, Ed. Love and peace to you,

| And exercise too, but not as good as would be that hike. |
