Due to a lingering migraine, this will be a short, but sweet farewell to the undisputed Queen of daytime talk shows. Not my best effort folks, but giving it the old college try.

I tuned in for your first show
And I tuned in for your last
The last twenty five years
Have really been a blast!

I'll miss you, my pal
You were part of my life
In fun and in laughter
And in times of strife

You were always there for us
We were there for you too
With a tear in my eye
I wish you a fond "Adieu."

Lovely tribute and yes, she has great heart and has been a spirtual mentor to so many. She is a beautiful lady.
Feel better!
