| ... and likewise the erudite "assistant" who draws our attention to his magic feats, Jon Michael! :)) You have captured his je ne sais quoi admirably and with no little magic of your own, and I especially love the lines "to charm disarm embrace and cajole / his wand quicker than the eye"; it's that perpetual moment of astonished delight we find in his writing that so lifts our spirits and minds and you have captured this so well! Magnifico! :)) xx |

What a wonderful poetic gift of elegant warmth, an alchemy of kindness and creativity!
Yes, he writes his genuine insights and wisdom into masterpieces and I think he should be famous and avidly read. I really do.
Bless you for taking such good care of your friends!
Love,
Christine

This could be a charismatic or a pathological deceiver. I'm not really sure. As usual, very well written and conceived. Unique.

Very nicely done my friend and each verse seems to build on the previous one until as Axilea said it ends with a great conclusion.

Your first verses draw me in: "the magic of human compassion" is a fascinating expression and a reality that moves me more than anything.
A beautiful, carefully balanced composition, Jon, with a great conclusion.
Very nice!
