Each time I thought it was time to "go home" again, it was not my time but to those who have visited "home", the memory leaves you wistful.
So far, you have won our encounters
I begin to run towards the goal line
Ball in Hand
I can feel it
I can see it
A relief that is
You tackle me and I must begin again
This time I see the jump
My horse and I
We set up, begin to push over
I feel us both lose our balance
Down to the ground we go
Crying, red faced and angry
I rise again
I quietly set up
This time, determined to reach my goal
For a moment in time, I am jovial
Allowing myself to feel like old again
I primp, I laugh, I joke
Because I know you now
I see how you block me
Why, I do not know
On the other side
The sun shines brightly, happiness is for all time
I will begin again
Next time, I may come in first

|Being blocked isn't fun and should be fought nonstop, or remove yourself from the situation. Love it. A work of art. Liz|

|I loved this poem, that is the question of ages isn't it, I guess the answer would depend on you, and where you find your home at
