“Twelve inches so far,
Re-covered my cleaned off car;
A day of snow blowing ahead I’m afraid,
Not yet is it of snowball makin’ grade…”
A.D. Member Ed Matlack,
From His Recent Poem,
‘Have Snow, Will Share’
A major snowstorm in New Jersey
A very strange picture on the news
A truly bizarre way to ‘snow blow’
Our dear old Ma now has the blues
“Pee Wee, that sure does look like Jersey,
Why must he embarrass his old mother so?
And where the heck did he get that contraption,
Only my boy, through his butt, could blow snow!”
“I’m afraid that this might be my fault, Ma,
I sent him a picture of myself, shovelin snow;
I’m sure he must have read the directions wrong,
And he obviously hooked up the wrong suction hose.”
“Well, I sure hope he doesn’t get arrested again,
I don’t know if I’ve got enough money, for his bail;
And Pee Wee dear, please do your dear old Ma a favor,
Don’t send that Jersey Devil any more pictures in the mail!”
“Whatever You Say, Ma…”
Oh, the sights in New Jersey, are frightful,
And our Ma doesn’t find this very delightful;
But since my old brother has nowhere else to go,
He’s gonna Blow Snow, Blow Snow, Blow Snow!
