For all the romantics on Valentines Day...

Love’s Time Capsule

By: Fee

In a time capsule I wrote your name

With a picture of your sweet face

Even a little heart with Cupids too

Our proof of love not to erase

I tucked in all the smiles we shared

Added the feel of your lips on mine

A few teardrops from the night we cried

Each memory stored for all time

In went all the times we made love

To the sweet rhythm of our song

Squeezed in all the words we shared

Of course that’s where they belong

I tucked in the memory of when we met

The way things just seemed so right

Beside that I put all the “missing you”

When I couldn’t see you each night

In this capsule was our past and future

All that you really mean to me

Wrapped up in a ribbon of love

So in my heart you’ll always be…

"...I tucked in the memory of when we meet..." That's what the time capsule contains, a tender memory, a dream, a illusion, a wish...
One can sit back and contemplate it imagining happening to us.
