Great scary poem. Oohhhhhh, I think I see a bizarre creature roaming about in my yard, but, no it is just the scarecrow I placed outside with his head fallen off that is blowing around amongst the leaves. Egads!! I'm ready for the season and the fun involved. Loved your poem, Anna.

| Don't think I've ever seen Halloween celebrated so early as it has been this year, at least here on AD. We've been singing its spooky feeling since mid September I think. Not complaining, I put my two cents into the early tribute to Georg. |

And as night descends,
Bizarre creatures roam the earth
And one of the most bizarre of all was Georg Edvard's wacky little brother, Jersey Devil Ed Matlack, who will be home from the hospital very soon, and soon once again scaring the heck out of everyone in his neck of the woods! |

Dark, scary poem, Anna, my friend.
Many do, but most here do not know our friend, Georg.
I doubt if many, if any, Authors Den authors have the opportunity to meet each other. Other, of course, than at the UCLA Book Fair. But all of us old timers do remember George and, to this day, at least I, for one, do miss him.
