won’t run and hide, no place to go,
just gonna lay around smiling
and praying everyday to thank the lord above
because I love this new old feeling and this time
I know that it’s here to stay.
These verses and the whole song expresses something to which I can relate, Dan. Thank you. Love and peace,

Good, you are looking forward to a brand new day and into the future. It can be put to song it is so good a psalm. Enjoyed the positiveness in this one and never do get down and out as you can always go on with someone new and thank God for that.

I love this! It captures the heart and though we may be with someone and love mellows over time, there are also shining moments when we appreciate how much we have. Good reminder, Dan! Eileen

I really like the way the second stanza ends: " I pray that feeling....one more day" Great line and an overall good rhythm that might need a little editing if set to song but good... the title almost reminds me of the old "Jethro Tull" song: "A New Day Yesterday" but a more country feel here - first stanza is great as is.... Keep it going... michael guy
