I don't know about the rest of the world (to your great words to ponder here)
but for me it feels good to love & be loving
I ponder on what Ronald said about love starts out as innocent lust & that in truth is only a very very
very small percent of "love" that starts out as innocent lust
HEY! Ding Ding Ding!! Looks Like I am The One! lol (to talk about that)
...seriously I Love my dogs for example
and my yard animals & children & many people I know & have NEVER EVER felt what Ronald said about innocent lust for them
Love has many faces & only one of those is remotely close to innocent lusting...for me anyway...
but back to your query? ...there are endless reasons why we love
but I think bottom line "It Feels Good"
(not to be confused with how lusting feels)
Love Rocks The World

And someone will try to tell us about it as if we don't know. It all starts out as rather innocent lust, but when we can't get it, we think of all the other kinds trying to explain.

I don't know why but do know that life without love would be the same existance as if we were a tree.
