English Sonnet  3 quatrains and a couplet 10 syllables ababcdcdefefgg..

Wrapped in the arms of an evergreen tree

Adorned with festive creations of light

Snow falling softly like fake artistry

Heavenly stars twinkling ever so bright

Bells faintly tinkling in sweet harmony

Strange things are happening filling the night

Angels so glad dusting all things with glee

Planetoids join in the fun with delight

Earthly assitance from community

Everything coming together so right

Heavens mystery's are  being set free

Who will believe what they see on this night

The whole world awaits this epiphany
Now comes the moment that changed history!

Wonderful job,of keeping the characteristics of the English sonnet in tact; that takes talent, and you have proven you have what it takes in the writing of this beautiful Shakespearean Christmas sonnet. I love it!

what a "time-barrier" breaking "English" Christmas Card this makes! You should print it up and send it out as Christmas Greetings to all your friends. I wish I could write a Sonnet. You and Shake are the real deal - you're an incredible poet
