Meet Me Under The Mistletoe

Mmmm, My
Sweet Darling Man
Why don’t we sneak away
Before the end of a long day?
From the busy Christmas crowd
From all those santa bells ringing loud
From the frantic harried shoppers shoving
Christmas is the season for sharing and loving
I’ve been thinking about it and I know where to go
Meet me by our Christmas tree, under the mistletoe
Beneath this white, faux, fur coat, hides a holiday surprise
When I drop it I know I’ll see wild wonder and hunger in your eyes
We may not be as youthful as when first we stood under a ball of green
But you’re still the best gift I ever received, I’m sure you know what I mean
We’ll lay by the fire
Just let the world go
Your love is my desire
So... Darling meet me
Under the mistletoe

This is a delicious poem of romantic wanderings; meeting under the mistleltoe is just the beginning of a very promising evening of love when the fur slips away and Santa brings you a very perky surprise gift from his bag of goodies. I love this, La Belle!!

Berry, berry nice, darlin Belle! Fun, foxy and full of the best kind of fizzical fireworks... Even three would be a crowd here... sorry Santa! :)) Your skilful artistries of words are matched only by the effortlessness of your poetic allure. xx
