Cherry Pepsi my addiction used to be

Put on weight, too much sugar in me

Even with my love of milk

Green tea has overridden both the key…

I hope its as good for me as is said

Seventeen pounds I have shed

Don’t look much different

Still its me, my name Ed…

I drink a lot of unsweetened tea ... no weight loss.
Must be the M & M's that I continue to eat. Congratulations on the weight loss!

God bless you. Kathy

Love Iced tea and Arizona tea is one of the best. I get it when I see it in the store for a change, but mostly I make my iced tea from bags and drink it sugarless. Green tea is supposed to be good for losing weight and sometimes I get blueberry green tea which is so good too. I am truly a tea lover.

Oh yeah dude ... Green Tea is a whole shit heap better than cherry pepsi for you. A good decision. Tell Rufus I'm glad that he finally convinced you to do so. Keep us up to date on the poundage loss. If ya get small enough, you could put a saddle on Rufus and giddy-up! Don't tell Rufus!
