She was a drama queen
Since sweet sixteen
Always getting her way
Didn't care what you had to say

She was a drama queen
A 'blue meanie'
It had to be her way
Or you were out on the highway

She was a drama queen
Still crying-
Without any 'real' friends
To ever rely upon

She was a drama queen
Until her dying day
Doctors shook their heads
And nurses steered away
