Liquid Turquoise: Galerie de Glaces at Versailles
Each time the ladle is dipped in,
she melts back into herself in the mold,
She is my matrix, my opalescent Dominion
Ignis Algir, very powerful fire!
Pyr Ethos
hotter content of the ladle
blending two together, melting raw material.
Her anxiety pours, the more I feed
ladlefuls of Liquid Turquoise
I pour out her "woman in a boat."
Concentric rippling effect
mold being filled from the same ladle.
Glass-making of ancient time,
Pliny the Elder
"sand does not shine until it has been washed by sea, removing its impurities," thus discovered glass.
The duality of its nature, hard and beautiful, but fragile.
Idea of its maker, tongue of flame, I pour out her "woman in a boat."
Her anxiety pours, the more I feed.
Bead of my desire
Vessel
Mirror
Barometer
I fuse her at high temp,
skim and cool her, then add the erotic substances for her brilliance
to line the Galerie de Glaces at Versailles,
she melts back into herself in the mold.
Does Liquid Turquoise have an effect on you?

Thnx sis, I found this very sensual, very erotic and very romantic. I agree with Sandie and Eileen, you are just a fountain of creativeness. I can see the woman in you flow out each time I read something from you. She flows out like molten glass just waiting to be formed. I love the way you write sis. May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, jou to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your little sister, Barbie

Two heats burning as a single
flame, she heats up call her sand,
and cools into a new and even more
beautiful form, call her glass
She renews constantly, each time
shes a vessal she pours out, and when
shes molten she is then poured in to
another
Pure in any form, U see through
her which ever way shes made,
a reflection of anything thats with
her
Turquoise, December, protection,
healing, courage, success, and care,
relieves tensions, effecting every
mood and shape of liquid she is or
becomes
She becomes the wave of fresh air
moveing shores, moven life, with
every beat of her four chambers
she creates her self again

Ss ever Sage you dazzle with inventiveness and ingenuity, as your pour your liquid offerings and entreaties before our bemused eyes
This has the startling effect of a young neophyte staggered by the craftsmanship of his or her master
Liquid Turquoise takes you on a sea borne journey to Atlantis and beyond !

| Oooo, yes... love the visual - both colour and viscosity. Reminds me of my fascination with molten wax. Same qualities. Love the repetition of "Her anxiety pours, the more I feed" and the concepts about how and when sand shines and the duality of the nature of such glass. For me, a poem within a poem starts at "Bead of my desire"; the flute to the gestalt of the stem, perhaps. Elegant and searing fluidity in this sequence of writes, Sage; each one swash-buckling in its way... like a blade through silk! TY Kate xx |
