Dead cats

The light siamese brown and white
Purrs and cries with loneliness
For a missing white mistress
Floating away on the wings of mist

Running, darting, the old cat crouched
With smooth graceful legs
Eyes held tight on the preying game
Of hide and seek
Centuries bred and foolishly played

Cats are fun to watch. Everything is read on their little faces and in their body language.

Enjoyed this.
