I dreamed of him again.... the moon and night seems to take such an important role for some reason.. |

Beneath a moonlit sky is where I wait
The rays falling on me
Keeping me from the cloak of darkness
I wait for your presence
I wait for your arms to enfold me
To comfort and bring peace
To my ever wondering soul
I walk along a flowing river
Beneath a moonlit sky
Hearing the rushing flow of water
Waiting to feel the essence of peace
It should bring
Moon rays play on the water
Shimmery light marks the way
I sit on soft grass beside a flowing river
Beneath a moonlit sky
Waiting for you
Waiting for your love
Anxious for my wondering soul
To be put at ease
It needs another soul to connect with
It needs your soul, your essence
To collide with my own
To make one
Beneath a moonlit sky is where I wait
