Memories of Mine

When you would like to turn your brain off, but can't....

To those that created them; I thank you!

Memories of mine, you are always there
taunting me, teasing me, making me dream.

Whether for best or worse, I can not
shake you.

From shadows you come, with the
force of a bull raging.

There are times that you push me to the
edge; others leave me with a blissful peace
that I seldom recognize.

Tears fall as you pass by, longing
remembered yet not awakened.

Should you join round me,would you listen
one to another?

Why not coexist within the same sheltered walls?

Share the dreams together, memories of mine.
