Abba Father

Maybe this is more daring than what I should be, but sometime you just don't know where to begin or even what to say. For the sake of the Christ Jesus, I am daring enough to obey...God Bless!

So close Abba Father
I want to be
That He should allow Your Light
To shine through me.

To walk with me
each step of the day,
And magnify Your name’s sake
by what all I say.

Such closeness Lord,
such intimacy tenaciously I seek
That I shall always go dear Lord
Wherever You lead.

To fellowship and harmonize
With each child you lead
To the body of Christ
We will all be complete.

Let me stand
at whatever place
You deem for me,
Only with You my Lord
Will my journey cease.

More daring than you should be?--Never! These are the desires He has put in your heart; His own desires for you. Remember, He said we should do even greater things than He did while He was on earth.
Keep writing; keep sharing and keep living for Jesus!

This is the highest, most noble kind of poem, for it expresses a heart bowing in adoration before The Creator of Heaven and Earth!
Magnificent and majestic; a very tenderly crafted work, Sharon.
This one caused me to rejoice in my relationship with Christ!
