I would take your mind away
sail you into me
fill your heart with lust
and kisses sweet
leave your troubles to wither from
millennial rust

I would do it because
my love...
is a kind of surrender
a binding
of not just wrists
or eyes closed
beneath a silk
of a fear inducing excitement

but of a union
not with god or government
or any man-made institutions
or intellectual constitutions
but of each other
in trust
because love...
love...is trust
that is all

mystery solved
love...is trust

trust me...my love

Love this "of a fear inducing excitement" . . . That describes the tenuous first pangs of love if I have ever see it . . . Loved this . . . It'll go into my "saved" list . . .
