Once a Blank Canvas"
Sheila E

Paint me with shades
Of yellow and reds
This is the image
I can not get out
Of my head…
You stand before me
Pink and purples the
Colors beneath me
We cover each other
In all colors of hue
For this is a masterpiece
I want to make with you…
White life size canvas
Waiting for color
Gently we begin to touch
As we go to the floor…
Bodies covered in paint
As the canvas waits
Together we fall
Hands, knees, legs…
I want to touch it all...
Imprints of my body
Out lined under you…
Traces of your arms
Wrapped around me
Your body sketched out
As a map to my soul
Eruptions and
Hot erosions erecting
From this colorful pleasure
Such gratificatio n
Succulent delight…
As hours pass…
Once just a blank canvas
Now filled with majestic color
So beautiful
This is truly
"fine art"
Intended for
Everyone to behold

"For someone who has colored my world"
