This came to me while remembering the Funeral of JFK

                Mask of a dreaming king

All but distance, can require, consideration of death of sire
Contempt of few, a passing breeches the safety, panic in the streets
Bells pealing dark songs, drum and fife, closing off another life
Beneath Oak, grown old, clinging root, whisper of the wind, moot

Procession, demands a parting of the way, weeping faces in dismay
Box of glass, and lead, ride the dark horse carriage, the King is dead
Following a distance behind, young prince, paces regal, tears denied
An age, laughter should be the rule, a child understands, life is cruel
