|This is excellent work. It is true...a guitar cannot play the real blues unless it has been in a pawn shop.|

|AWE! This was really a GRRREAT Heart-breaking Poem Walt, I could feel your pain and your heart beating hard!
This reminds me of what Paul said one day, I will NOT pawn my guitar! EVER and I know he would if he had too, just like you did! but, no blues will be heard from that one till YOU get it BACK :)
So, that Guitar is your trust resort Eh, it's happened how many times? An angel owned that guitar once! I am thinking...
Hope all is getting EASIER "NOW"! and if not, I hope the answer is just around the corner!

|:)))))))))) Smilin through the rain here, Walt! Can just here this done in Blues-style, too. Raw-to-the-bone honest emotion, yet with a backbone of resiliance and humour, too. And it sure does get us through those tough times... And now the Baby can play, eh? And then some, I'll bet. Love this, thank you. Kate xx|

But can't play the Blues is a regal entrance, back in the Den of many bards and poetesses, you are showing with this write your real colors, those of a very missed poet!

|I sold my guitar too, back some ways now, but only got a hundred for her, though she was well worth a hundred times that to me...I feel your pain, but at least, unless someone else buys it first, you can get it back eventually...mine is totally gone...Ed|

|Your words are truer than you can ever imagine. Let me see, was it Ledbelly or David Bromberg who was quoted as saying, "you have to suffer if you want to sing the blues".....
Be always safe,
