THE SADDEST MOMENT THIS YEAR WAS HEARING THAT MY FAVORITE ENTERTAINER MICHAEL JACKSON HAD PASSED AWAY...TEARS STILL FLOW AND ON MY WAY FROM PAYING MY RESPECTS, HERE IS WHAT CAME TO ME IN VERSE...

Past the pain

Dedicated to Michael Jackson…I love you R.I.P)

It never really mattered anyway

but sometimes, they couldn’t really see me/

it never really mattered anyway

but sometimes, the pain was there/

calling me names so undeserved;

now look at how many care/

throwing stones out to get me,

in the end, tears were shared/

I only wanted happiness

I only wanted to sing and dance

Wanted to give you all great music

Kiss a hurting heart, hold lonely hands/

It never really mattered anyway

but sometimes, they couldn’t really see me/

it never really mattered anyway

but sometimes, the pain was there/

Did you ever see my soul shine?
Did you ever know my heart?

Did you ever want to touch the whole world?

I was only trying to do my part!

I forgive you for your role

Anything negative you may have said

I will not leave this world in pain

Peace is all mine to have;

and I’m so glad!

Look into sky and see me

There are no debts or chains,

Soaring through the sky with Golden Wings

Standing by God’s unchanging hand!

Never knew that happiness was so sweet!

Never knew that joy was mine!

Never knew I could really enjoy sleep!

Never knew of things I didn’t have!

So glad, So glad!

It never really mattered anyway

but sometimes, they couldn’t really see me/

it never really mattered anyway

but sometimes, the pain was there/

sometimes

pain

was

there…..

O, my tears jumped, on the morning of Al Shapton's speech. Brother Michael rose from those who stood sore - feet apart from the lines to the sky where power is alive, unseen by their evil flow, where tears are judging judgements by their own unstable wings and wind....wreched. And they gathered together, in this outlined region. But Jesus smiled, for His son arrived safely! Naked but whole and fully aroused from the dirty hands of humanity ! R.I.P
Thank you Rene for your beautiful poem! I was deeply touched by it!!!!

I have tears now - I re-wrote my bio to include MJ. He has brought my muse with a vengeance. I actually just posted a new poem for him called "Paparazzi" He isn't gone you know, I can't explain it but all will see. I loved him since I was 10 and I am 18 months older than him. I am listening to him right now. Thank you for this BEAUTIFUL piece for him. He would have been so humbled by it. He loved his fans more than they realize. I am so glad I found your site Rene. Keep healing the world, its all we have.

Rene,

A beautiful write for Michael Jackson. May he find the peace he never found on Earth. Your stanza,

"calling me names so undeserved
now look how many care
throwing stones out to get me
in the end, tears were shared" rings with truth.

Well done. Michael was one of my favorites, too.

God bless his family, friends and fans as we mourn his loss.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

I don't believe in anything negative that people have to say about Michael. In my mind, Michael is ALWAYS the innocents young boy who was deprived of a normal childhood, forced into child laboring by his father, being false accused of things that he had not done. People see a defenseless rich young boy whom they could scheme to make money, and they did - by falsely pointing fingers, when they know he was innocent!!!

I believe in Michael!! It's sad how some people look at him in a different way, but I will always remember Michael as the innocent little boy who had been deprived of a life of his own!!!

Sandie Angel :(
