~Dark Poetry October~
and now the grooming of appearances lurking inside temptations;
delving within the dark muse of poetic expressionism
revealing shadows of emotive ideas...

Dissolution’s Stare

Fine tooth comb;
Made of whales rib;
Tearing at perceptions;
Looking at scorpions dig…
Where are these treasures;
The howls of avid night;
Crawling under willows reed;
Whistling heathens blight…
Marching like a sandstone;
Caressed by the darkles veil;
Shorelines of iniquity;
Peered reflections cannot sail…
Across the great horizons;
The mask of deceptions wear;
Seething within disgruntled visions;
Fire brewing dissolution’s stare…
But rigid are these teeth searching;
Which prick like a catalyst goad;
Trying to find veiled reasons;
Where no bile bridges were ever sowed…

You!...unspeakable Dark Pestilence Mistress, why are you searching for my veiled reasons? it's not the mystery good enough for you when I am wearing my best mask of deception?

Vickie,
This is dark mining, delving, digging, scraping, biting...highly atmospheric, evocative, pricking the conscience.

Very well done as I picture you do a recitation of this one on a fog shrouded dusk of evening at an old graveyard...well done.

Nice pouty lips!
And i like that word 'darkle'
You invented that one didn't you?
And 'bile bridges' certainly describes,
aptly, a certain aftermath on the human body after dining on
Edvards dungeon delicacies. wonderful!
