I am trying to give the sea and oceans point of view about over fishing and pollution in the world today, perhaps she might be saying this to us all.

"What more do you want  of me?"

Said the sea.

"How much more will you take?"

"You murder my children."

"You tear them from my womb

"You reek of death."

"Destruction and doom."

"What more do you want from me."

Said the sea.

"How much more will you need?"

"I've given you your livelyhood."

"Riches from my heart."

"But you use me abuse me."

"You tear me apart."

"What more do you want from me?"

Said the sea.

"How more can I stand?"

"You discard your refuse on my bed."

"Pour posions down my throat."

"Then spill your black venom

all over my coat."

"And you! How many more of you have to die?"

Said the sea.

"How many more graves must I tend?"

"Before you realise I'm in command."

"You cannot tame me, or rule me."

"You are people from the land."

"Perhaps in time you will understand."

"How much do I ask from you?"

Said the sea.

"Perhaps a little respect."

"Look at my beauty."

"And my sisters, the sun and moon."

"We are in harmony."

"Please listen to our tune."

"Cherish and love me"

Said the sea.

"For I could destroy you"

"Just as you could me"

"One day my rivers will run dry"

"And nature will chant her dying song"

"As your land too begins to die."
