Could the course of World War II, particularly its outcome, be changed? Sure, all you need is time travel -- and practice. But it still may not be quite that simple. So e..

Since 2006, I am a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, affiliated with Dr. Madan Kataria's School of Laughter. Laughter was one of the tools used in my regimen to get back to wellness, so becoming a LYT was a natural graduation. My 4EVER Laughter Club was born on May 1st and is fast becoming a hit here with men and women. I encourage everyone to take some time daily to laugh... When the rigors of life threaten to throw you into depression- LAUGH... you'll feel so much better. Where Laughter resides anger, hate, depression, frustration, resentment, disease and all other negative thoughts and emotions cannot survive.

We've been given many beautiful gifts

One of them is the gift of laughter

Let’s use it and exercise it as we wish

From this day and ever after

When we were kids

We really laughed a lot

About 400 times a day

However, by the time we’re 35

That drops to 15 times a day

Laughter lowers levels of Cortisol

And stimulates the heart and lungs

Laughter increases oxygen intake

Laughter removes all frowns

It replenishes and invigorates cells

It increases the pain threshold

Laugh my friends

And your laughter

Will light up the entire world

Laughter boosts immunity

And laughter relieves stress

Laugh every day

And your life will be truly blessed

Laugh: It takes 47 muscles to frown

But only 13 muscles to smile

Laugh everyday you won’t feel down

Laugh heartily each day for a while
