The way Washington treats its displaced caskets

Is how it treats Veterans without any fixed homes

Being penalized while traveling around America

That one must own a home to get any benefits.

Veterans trapped within systems needing addresses

Vets needing cell phones living in homeless conditions

But when they need immediate help for any ailments

They are assigned elongated distant appointment.
