Freedom means following your spirit and not comfort necessarily

Looked up toward the firmament/

through bars of solid gold/

yet standing in this excrement/

& stench of freedom sold/

flutter my wings in opulence/

stagnated air resists/

legally imposed abeyance/

& faces that insist/

instinctively my wings expand/

circumference of the cell/

gale force; the door flew open as/

my heart began 2 swell/

Took flight in2 the atmosphere/

A billion miles 2 soar/

Eye fixed upon the stratosphere/

Beauty released once more
