The acting out of speech and drama through poetry read.

Speech and Drama

Speech and Drama an act of fate,
Skills with talent of human traits.
Beauty, eloquence of the mind,
All displayed by tongue or rhyme.
Hearts through actions ready to implore,
Once they are opened, they're soon to be stored.
Talent beyond all earthly skills,
Human error covered by will.
When the moment of the day,
Parted out in wild display,
All a flurry in grand forte,
Moment by moment, magnify the play.
A soft crescendo made by touch,
Sometimes hard, sometimes rough.
A gift that's given to several men,
Wins approval at journeys end.
Art and deed of actions on stage,
This event in life now the rage.
William Shakespeare, Edgar Allen Poe,
Enjoyed this life as we well know.
Compositions written in intensity,
The beauty in prose or poetry.
Again, the sounds empowered by mind,
Acted out in words or beauty of rhyme.
Born of skill from every page,
Quotes acted out from every age.

Sometimes I write some great sounding stuff… But when I go to read or speak it, it tends to fall flat. I envy great orators of which I am not.
