A dream is a force that never ceases

It can appear to haunt you like a disease

May even become a frustrating tease

At times you find yourself begging, Please!

A dream can come to fruition

Sometimes with a condition, such as a tuition

A dream may take time to evolve

Allowing you the necessary time for resolve

A dream is apart of your spirit

You have to go for it and not fear it

Dreams are driven by passion

One thing that never goes out of fashion

A dream is something that is yours alone

Not something you can order over the phone

Dreams keep us going day and night

Keeping your mind focused on the future light

No one can tell you if your dream is wrong or right

Only you will know, so hang on to yours tight!

penned quite well, dreams are an essential part of our being.

As people we need our dreams and hopes in equal doses with our facts and realities. Often it is a delicate balancing act depending on the dreamer. Writers and poets (other artists as well) seem to need their dreams more so as they often act as go betweens from muse to mind. Well done DL>
