| This is a pleasant, optimistic summary of life, the trick is not to spend too much time playing a pointless, personal zero sum game and just look on the bright side. And how come rainbows always make us smile. |

If the minuses outweigh the pluses, then it's time to walk (no cell phone) and write. Walk to clear the mind, and write to work it out. Both ways one will find that depression disappears.

| When you are depressed I would think counting the plusses and minuses would serve to make you even more depressed. What if the minuses outweighed the plusses? Eh gads! |

Vivian, as usual you gave our minds, hearts and souls lots to contemplate and think about in this one. It is so easy to get lost in a cloud of dark when we cannot find the sun but we always have to remember...after the clouds come blues skies. Thank you for sharing.
