Question; is the darkness over taking the light...or...is the light overtaking the darkness? Do not be disillusioned by how things 'seem'. Do Not be disillusioned by an illusion of defeat. By Faith, keep your Eyes on the Prize(the light!)(Phil 3:14) and ...go through!

Seems like, your defeat...doesn't it?

Ah, but there you go...looking at your situtation

with eyes...physically lit

-----

Come, consider the matter via...another pane

Lift your gaze and peer...see?

There is a...Spiritual Plane

-----

Ignore the press...apex is closer than you think

It awaits...just around the bend

You've come too far to give up...don't sink!

-----

By faith, do not veer...stay the narrow course

Along this path...you'll meet The Redeemer

Who saves by Love...not force

-----

You cannot please mammon and please Jehovah too

There's no room for placating...carnality

Mustn't walk by 'sight'...as others do

-----

Grab hold of Jesus...'never' let Him go!

Consider 'not' the way things look

Let 'His' Light...the way show

-----

'Appearances'...obscure what really be

'See' with your soul ..and know

In God's hands is...the victory!

-----

Your struggle was won...on Calvary

That's why one mere dissent...arouses such resent

For all watch...not you...but 'He'

-----

So each time you're tested and you wonder...why?

He's using your life...to show there's 'Hope'...

Beyond...the sky

-----

It only...'Seems'...

                         Like Your Defeat!

I do not claim to "know" anything for sure. I know that I always pray as I have done since I was a child... ...and many tell me that I never "grew up" so... ...thank you, Joyce. Love and blessings,

when the light of truth seems to flicker it is only our perception that has deceived us - the whole of life is a test of faith - His love is the truth we should all seek moment by moment - I wish you love and peace my dear friend - Jon Michael
