I almost e-mailed you last night, but instead wrote my brother in Elkhart Indiana a note about how he was going to get rain, finally, by next Monday.
Having gone through Alicia and a few wind and rain storms like Ike, it looks like you're in for a long time of wind and rain and I hope it doesn't wear on you too much because, especially at night, that howling wind and pelting rain can be a drag. Also based on the slow movement of Isaac, I expect you have power out for some time. Hang in there, weather the storm and write about it later for us to read.

| Having never been through a hurricane (48 MPH winds on the summit of Mt. Washington on Jan 1, 1971, iced summit, bald, slippery, splayed out with progress by ice axe a foot at a time crawling toward the hut is my experience)Hope everything worked out as you planned. |
