Change comes
People come and go
We may lose a job
Maybe even our house
We long for someone to trust
Someone who will always be
with us in good times and bad
We long for truth,
belief and purpose
We long to be loved
and to give love
For me Jesus
gives me all
these gifts and more
No matter what happens
in our lives his love
is steadfast and eternal
He understands our heart
After all he was there when
we were born
and knows are deepest
desire is to be with him
Even if we aren't aware of it at times
Jesus dear Jesus
watch over us tonight
as we place all our
cares,fears, and worries
in your loving hands
Please help us transform
these challenges to faith,
courage, and love
